Hello, I’m Elena! I’m a technology enthusiast with an avid interest in user experience from Toronto, Canada. I am skilled at improving end-user and customer experiences with an eye to analyzing business processes.
I love following technology developments - I enjoy conceptualizing how they could be implemented to improve processes, and can explain to teams how processes could be modified. A number of my suggestions to improve end-user experiences have been adopted by companies I have worked with in the private, public, and not for profit sectors in Canada and the United Kingdom.
I am a graduate of Sheridan College’s Interactive Media Management program, after having relocated to Ontario from western Canada. I enjoy traveling and living in different cities, as these experiences introduce new perspectives.
